Admission Requirement

 

There are two categories for the candidates for the admission for the award:-

Open Section

CEng MIET Section

 

Under 35  years of age

(on or before the deadline)

​

Currently residing in Hong Kong or Macao

​

Nominated by a member of the IET

​

 

 

The deadline of admission was further extended to 5:00pm on 5 Nov 2022.

 

 

The admission form is available at

Must be the Member of The IET

 

Chartered Engineer Registration must be obtained before the deadline

Prizes for the YWE Awards

 

The prizes for two categories for the awards are:-

​

  • Trophy & Certificate

  • Cash prize up to HK$10,000

  • Personal Video Special

  • Free IET membership for one year

  • Support in joining Incubation Programs in GBA

  • Special opportunity to visit / train in GBA

  • Free BAIDA Honorary Life Membership
