Hon. Charles Mok, is the Legislative Councillor representing the Information Technology Functional Constituency, member of The Professionals Guild. He has been serving the ICT industry for more than 20 years. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Professional Commons, Honorary President of the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation and Founding Chairman of the Internet Society Hong Kong.
Charles is active in public services with a view to upholding the core values of Hong Kong of which include democracy, liberty, human rights, rule of law and integrity, and is serving on various advisory bodies in the Hong Kong government, Hospital Authority, WKCDA, and higher educational institutions etc.
Charles graduated from Purdue University in the United States with his Bachelor and Master degrees of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering.

He is the current Chairman of the Public Works Subcommittee, Chairman of the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, the Housing Authority, the Hospital Authority and the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Chairman of the Business and Professionals for Hong Kong, Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Green Strategy Alliance, member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Committee Member of the China Association for Science and Technology.

Ms Shanthi Ravindran is Senior Manager, Business Development for Public safety, Military and Transportation markets at Motorola Solutions. She is responsible for the Broadband Networks and Software portfolio of the company in the Asia Pacific region. Shanthi holds an engineering degree from University of Kerala in India and Master of Business Administration degree from Aalto University, Finland. Shanthi has over 30 years of experience in design, deployment and operations of Wireless and Broadband Networks for operators across the Asia Pacific from 2G to 5G networks. She is an expert in designing optimized network solutions with a strong understanding of the role of software in transforming the telecoms business. She has researched the development of network orchestration, network virtualisation and software-defined networking supported by IoT, analytics and machine learning over the past few years. She is currently working on the application of these technologies in Public safety networks and Safe city solutions.

Mr William Tse has joined the GSMA in 2013 as Market Development and Strategic Engagement Director in Greater China and APAC regions. He is currently driving the GSMA strategic initiatives, such as Future Networks, Identity and IoT Programme etc., with Greater China and Asia mobile operators and ecosystem strategic partners, etc. Prior to joining GSMA, William had more than 20 years of experience in Ericsson, Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks, as Head of Strategy Sales and Head of Solution, working in strategy & sales development in networks, services, business and multimedia domains. He and his team achieved the market & customer breakthrough in Japan, Australia, Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia markets in a number of deals. William has MSc and MBA academy qualification from CUHK and HKUST respectively ranked top list in the world.

Mr YH Choi is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and a Project management Professional (PMP). He has extensive and solid experience in greenfield and brownfield transmission projects covering 400 and 132kV substations and transmission circuits (including overhead line, land, & submarine cables and tunnel). Currently, he is the Deputy Director – Substation Implementation of the Engineering Projects Department, Power System Business Group, CLP Power Hong Kong overseeing all the civil and electrical solutions of the transmission substation projects in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

Dave holds an engineering degree from University of Hong Kong and Master of Business Administration degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a BEAM Professional and a Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE). Dave has extensive experience in building technologies specializing in BMS, ICT, security, ELV, energy management and air-conditioning system. He has many years of experience in the design, installation, engineering and maintenance of large-scale intelligent building systems contracts in Hong Kong and Macao. Dave is currently the Immediate Past President of HK Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Association (ACRA) and also a council member of HK Federation of Electrical & Mechanical Contractors Limited (FEMC).

Mr Wong joined Hong Kong Police Force in 2011 and has held several cybercrime related management positions since 2014. Being in charge of the Collaboration team of the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB), Mr Wong is now responsible for collaborating with the private and public sectors to raise the awareness of the emerging cyber threats in Hong Kong.
Prior to that, Mr. Wong also served the District Investigation Team, Technology Crime Investigation Team and took the role of Head of the Cyber Security Centre (CSC) of CSTCB in 2015, at which he was involved in large-scaled cyber-attack cases in Hong Kong.
Mr. Wong is an INTERPOL accredited trainer in Computer Forensics, Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Penetration Tester and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Economics from University of Essex, United Kingdom.
