The Young Woman Engineer of the Year Award (YWE) recognizes outstanding young woman engineers who have made valuable contributions to society through their engineering achievements and inspiration to the younger generations.  Being an award-winning initiative, the YWE has served the engineering community in the UK for over 40 years.
